I fell into strength training after one of the most stressful periods of my life, and I have been hooked ever since. I wholeheartedly believe equipping people with the skills to get stronger is one of most empowering things. You are far more capable than you realise, and like me, you’ve probably spent most of your life having your capabilities underestimated or underestimating yourself. So, let’s change that.
