personal trainer, designer, and student focused on the intersection of exercise, health and design.

Hi, I'm Catherine!

I’m a tall and feisty soon to be personal trainer, current student, sometimes chef, and occasional designer. I'm powered by lists, smoothie bowls, and naps.

I'm fiercly passionate about women's sport, food, exercise as medicine, mental health, and good design. It's a weird combo, but normal never really worked for me.

Going to university was never part of the plan, but a keen interest in exercise as medicine, sport, and acute care for injuries lead me to studying Exercise and Sport Science, eventually transferring into a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. I’m focused on the intersection of exercise, sport, design and how it can be applied to my work. In addition to my study, I'm completing my personal trainer cerficiation allowing me to work hands on with a focus on sustainable, functional training.

“I’m focused on the intersection of exercise, sport, and design, and working with bold people”

Prior to studying I worked for over 7 years as a designer and strategist in the brand and digital sector both in Australia and overseas. While working in Canada I kickboxed and trained with a fantastic crew and my interest in health and exercise was sparked. Exercise has since become my outlet and passion, and it's a core part of my self-care and maintaining my mental health. I'm eager to share that passion with others, and help people live full lives.
