Hi, I'm Catherine!
I’m a tall and feisty soon to be personal trainer, current student, sometimes chef, and occasional designer. I'm powered by lists, smoothie bowls, and naps.
I'm fiercly passionate about women's sport, food, exercise as medicine, mental health, and good design. It's a weird combo, but normal never really worked for me.
Going to university was never part of the plan, but a keen interest in exercise as medicine, sport, and acute care for injuries lead me to studying Exercise and Sport Science. I’m focused on the intersection of exercise, sport, design and how it can be applied to my work. In addition to my study, I'm completing my personal trainer cerficiation allowing me to work hands on with a focus on sustainable, functional training.

Prior to studying I worked for over 7 years as a designer and strategist in the brand and digital sector both in Australia and overseas. While working in Canada I kickboxed and trained with a fantastic crew and my interest in health and exercise was sparked. Exercise has since become my outlet and passion, and it's a core part of my self-care and maintaining my mental health. I'm eager to share that passion with others, and help people live full lives.

Make bed, training, breakfast, shower, get dressed, start my day.

Spending time with my partner, sleeping, cooking, kickboxing or soaking up some sun
